Cairns Mower City is a family-run business located at 35–37 Minnie Street, Parramatta Park QLD 4870. We sell, service and repair outdoor power equipment, including lawn mowers, brushcutters, chainsaws, generators and related products.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

Orders may be placed online via our website, in-store at our Parramatta Park location, or by phone. When you place an order online, you will receive a confirmation. This is an acknowledgement only and does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless you have arranged a finance option (see Section 7). We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout or in-store.

5. DELIVERY & PICK-UP

We offer both in-store pick-up and delivery options. Delivery is available within the areas we service; availability and timeframes will be confirmed at the time of your order.

– Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or advised at the time of ordering

– Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed

– Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or collection

– Please inspect your goods upon receipt and notify us of any damage or discrepancy promptly

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including transport issues or supplier delays.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

In addition to your rights under the ACL, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us with proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns are at our discretion.

Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and packaging where possible. Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or modified may not be eligible for return.

Cairns Mower City offers access to consumer finance through third-party providers. Finance is subject to the third-party provider’s own terms, conditions and approval criteria. We do not provide financial advice, and approval is not guaranteed.

By applying for finance through a third-party provider, you enter into a direct agreement with that provider. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the terms or conduct of any finance provider.

8. WARRANTY

Products sold by Cairns Mower City may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods, coverage and claim processes vary by brand and product. As authorised warranty agents for many of the brands we stock, we can assist you with warranty claims in-store.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the ACL.
